The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach – Official Raffle Rules

The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach is conducting a raffle open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Ontario. Tickets must not be sold, advertised, or ordered from outside the province. Each raffle ticket is priced at $20 and can be obtained by contacting The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach directly. A total of 1,000 tickets will be printed and sold, and tickets are valid only for the specific draw for which they are purchased.

The prizes for this raffle include: a first prize of $12,000 in Loblaws gift cards, a second prize of $5,000 in Loblaws gift cards, and three additional prizes of $1,000 each in Loblaws gift cards. These gift cards are redeemable at various Loblaws Company stores, including Loblaws, Zehrs, No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Independent, and Fortinos. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Substitutions are not permitted. Gift cards are new, carry no expiry date, and include no user fees.

The raffle draw will take place on June 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Optimist Green Acres Community Centre located at 13731 St. Gregory’s Road, Tecumseh, Ontario, N8N 1K3. The draw will also be streamed live on The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach’s official Facebook page. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and participants do not need to be present to win.

Winners will be notified by phone or email within two days following the draw. If a winner cannot be reached within seven days, an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be claimed within seven days of notification, and winners must present valid government-issued ID for verification. Prizes will be made available for pickup at the Optimist Green Acres Community Centre within 30 days of the draw. All prize deliveries must occur within Ontario.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules.

A raffle report will be submitted to the Town of Tecumseh within 30 days of the draw, as required.
